Another 15th generation winemaker, Sebastien David manages his 15-hectare estate in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, where the David family has been making wine, always from Cabernet Franc, since 1634. 'Hurluberlu' roughly translates as “eccentric man who looks at stars to farm” – and Sebastien is that crazy man who follows biodynamic practices (many involving the moon) and works super naturally, with no additions (not even SO2), and no fining\/filtering. Working with whole clusters, he ferments with wild yeasts, employing carbonic maceration for 25 days, followed by a light pressing by foliage (by foot) to preserve the fruit’s characteristics and minimize tannins.  This is a vibrant, personality-filled wine with pure fruit, plum, baking spice, pine, a spicy finish and lots of cheer - the perfect chillable red for the festive season.  Drink now, slightly chilled, with great abandon - it's so clean, an extra glass or two won't hurt.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e","brand":"Rock Juice Inc","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":54242825535771,"sku":"ncg1792016506639","price":18.2,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1029\/3923\/0491\/files\/2019-sebastien-david-lhurluburlu_1.jpg?v=1792016511","url":"https:\/\/closetrodcladwear.shop\/products\/2019-sebastien-david-lhurluburlu","provider":"My Store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
